Answers to Common Questions

What does STEM mean?

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. It encompasses a wide range of academic disciplines and careers that focus on innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking. At UNI-AID AFRICA, we promote STEM education to empower students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the 21st century.

UNI-AID AFRICA assists Tanzanian students by securing full sponsorships and scholarships to study at reputable international universities. We focus on providing opportunities for students in STEM fields and partner with organizations, educational institutions, and funding bodies to ensure that deserving students can access quality education without financial barriers.

We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion in driving innovation and progress. By empowering girls in STEM, we aim to break down gender barriers, provide equal opportunities, and encourage more girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This initiative not only fosters gender equality but also contributes to the overall development and advancement of our communities and nation.
